摘要
本文总结1例疑似垂体危象合并急性重症心肌炎患者的护理经验。患者入院时呈现严重的心血管功能障碍及疑似内分泌系统紊乱,病情复杂危重。护理重点包括:循环系统支持与持续监测;垂体危象的早期识别与规范化用药护理;多系统并发症的预防与干预;早期心脏康复指导。经过21d精细化治疗与护理,患者心功能逐步改善,疑似垂体危象相关症状得到有效控制,最终顺利出院。出院1个月后随访显示患者恢复良好,生活质量提高。
This paper summarized the nursing experience of a patient with acute fulminant myocarditis and suspected pituitary crisis.The patient presented serious symptoms of cardiovascular and suspected endocrine system disorders upon admission,and its diagnosis,treatment and nursing were relatively complicated.The main points of nursing care included circulation support and monitoring,pituitary crisis medication nursing and early identification,prevention and nursing of related complications and early cardiac rehabilitation guidance.After 21 days of careful diagnosis,treatment and nursing,the patient’s cardiac function gradually stabilized,and the symptoms related to suspected pituitary crisis were effectively discharged from the hospital.The patient recovered well after 1 month of follow-up.
