摘要
产教融合是职业教育办学的基本模式,也是培养技术技能人才的关键举措。职业教育产教融合立法的价值在于维护产教融合的正常秩序。现阶段,产教融合法律体系不健全,法规、政策可操作性不强,相关法律法规仍需进一步完善。设区的市出台职业教育产教融合的地方性法规,有利于形成完整、科学的法律法规体系。分析职业教育产教融合存在的问题,并结合利益相关者理论提出设区的市立法促进职业教育产教融合的纾解路径,为设区的市职业教育产教融合的依法治理提供参考和借鉴。
The integration of industry and education is the basic school-running model of vocational education and a key measure for cultivating technical and skilled talents.The value of legislation on the integration of industry and education in vocational education lies in maintaining the normal order of industry-education integration.At this stage,the legal system for the integration of industry and education is not perfect,the operability of regulations and policies is not strong enough,and relevant laws and regulations still need to be further improved.The introduction of local regulations on the integration of industry and education in vocational education by cities divided into districts is conducive to forming a complete and scientific legal system.By analyzing the existing problems in the integration of industry and education in vocational education and combining with the stakeholder theory,this paper proposes a solution path for local legislation in cities divided into districts to promote the integration of industry and education in vocational education,providing reference for the legislative governance of the integration of industry and education in vocational education in cities divided into districts.
