摘要
党的二十届四中全会提出以落实四大全球倡议引领国际秩序朝着更加公正合理的方向发展。四大全球倡议始终坚持问题导向,呈现出坚持发展优先—筑牢安全屏障—凝聚共同价值—革新治理体系的清晰理路,形成推动构建人类命运共同体的系统性方案。四大全球倡议在目标、功能、价值三个维度深度耦合,彰显中国共产党“为世界谋大同”的初心使命,体现中国推动构建人类命运共同体的大国担当,擘画世界实现人类命运共同体目标的宏伟蓝图。
The Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China proposed that implementing the four global initiatives—the Global Development Initiative(GDI),Global Secu⁃rity Initiative(GSI),Global Civilization Initiative(GCI),and Global Governance Initiative(GGI)—will steer the international order toward greater fairness and rationality.The four initiatives consistently adopt a problemoriented approach,and form a clear pathway of"prioritizing development—fortifying security safeguards—forging common values—reforming the Governance System",crystallizing a systematic approach to advancing the building of a community with a shared future for mankind.the four initiatives exhibit deep synergy in objec⁃tives,functions,values,and demonstrate the CPC's founding mission of"forging a shared future for the world",reflect China's responsibility as a major country in championing this community,and chart a grand blueprint for realizing this vision globally.
