摘要
采用电子背散射技术(EBSD)研究了含铜取向硅钢在不同二次冷轧压下率的显微组织演变,并基于损耗分离模型分析损耗特性。结果表明:脱碳退火试样发生完全再结晶,平均晶粒尺寸约10μm;冷轧至成品厚度,随着冷轧压下率的增大,形变带宽度逐渐减小,{111}〈112〉纤维织构取向密度先增强后减弱;当冷轧压下率为62.3%时,冷轧试样的{111}〈112〉有利织构取向密度达到7.1,∑3不利晶界含量低,∑9及∑13b有利晶界含量高,成品试样磁致损耗较低,磁性能较优(P_(1.7/50)=0.890 W/kg,B_(800)=1.884 T)。
The microstructure evolution of copper-containing oriented silicon steel under different secondary cold rolling reduction rates was studied using electron backscatter technology(EBSD),and the loss characteristics were analyzed based on a loss separation model.The results showed that the decarburization annealed sample completely finished recrystallization,with an average grain size of about 10μm;when the sample rolled to the thickness of the finished product,as the cold rolling reduction rate increases,the width of the deformation zone gradually decreases,and the orientation density of the{111}〈112〉fiber texture first increases and then decreases;when the cold rolling reduction rate is 62.3%,the density of{111}〈112〉beneficial texture orientation reaches 7.1.In addition,the sample showed a lower content of the∑3 unbeneficial grain boundary and a higher content of the∑9 and∑13b beneficial grain boundaries.The hysteresis loss of finished sample is low,resulting in an excellent magnetic property(P_(1.7/50)=0.890 W/kg,B_(800)=1.884 T).
