摘要
电力电子变压器是智能电网、电动汽车、军事航空等多个领域应用的关键设备。随着电力电子变压器不断向高压大功率发展,其相关理论和关键技术获得了不断关注。目前,针对电力电子变压器变换效率不够高、开关管电流应力较大、模块间电压功率不平衡等问题,已经有了一些研究和解决方案。然而,对电力电子变压器的DC-DC变换器中核心部件-高频变压器而言,尤其是高压、高频和高温下高频变压器仍然存在很多关键问题需要研究和解决。针对高压大容量电力电子变压器的研究背景,围绕其中高频变压器的关键问题展开论述。在总结大量文献的基础上,首先,论述了高频变压器应用于电力电子变压器中的复杂工况;然后,着重分析了高频变压器磁芯、绕组、绝缘和散热的研究现状;据此进行思考和总结,提炼了高频变压器存在的关键问题;最后,对高频变压器的研究现状进行了总结,针对存在的问题展望了其未来发展趋势。
Power electronic transformer is the key equipment used in smart grid,electric vehicle,military aviation,and other fields.With the continuous development of power electronic transformer with high voltage and large power,considering works have been focused on its related theory and key technology.Currently,some researches have been studied,such as low conversion efficiency,high current stress of switching device,and unbalanced voltage and electric power flow between the power modules.However,few types of research were carried out on the high-frequency transformer,which is the key component in the high voltage DC-DC converters in power electronic transformer.Particularly,there are still many key issues remained in the high-frequency transformer under the high voltage,high frequency,and high temperature.According to the research background of high voltage and large capacity power electronic transformer,this paper reviews the fundamental technique and key issues in the high-frequency transformer.Based on the research results of the majority of published works,the complex working conditions of high-frequency transformer used in power electronic transformer are introduced firstly.Then,the state of the art of the magnetic core,the winding,the insulation,and the heat dissipation are mainly discussed.Furthermore,the key issues related to the transformer components are proposed.Finally,the research status of the high-frequency transformer are concluded and prospects and suggestions for the future development of large power electronic transformer equipment.
