摘要
在金融强国战略引领下,人工智能和金融行业融合正由应用创新向技术重构拓展,成为维护金融安全的重要引擎,有必要深度研究人工智能赋能金融安全的作用机制、实践成效、挑战与行动策略。文章以技术融合为分析视角,基于金融宏观安全、市场安全、机构安全和开放安全等维度,分析人工智能赋能金融安全的作用机制,并在技术、数据、伦理与法律以及生态四个维度进行人工智能赋能金融安全的挑战剖析和提出应对策略。人工智能赋能金融安全有其现实价值,但也面临较多挑战,需从构建技术自主可控体系、完善金融数据治理、构建适配性监管体系和强化生态协同体系四个方面探索人工智能赋能金融安全的实施路径。
Under the strategic guidance of financial powerhouses,the deep integration of artificial intelligence and the financial industry has expanded from application innovation to technological restructuring,becoming a crucial engine for safeguarding financial security.It is essential to conduct in-depth research on the mechanisms,practical outcomes,challenges,and action strategies of AI-enabled financial security.Adopting a technology convergence perspective,this study analyzes the mechanisms of AI-enabled financial security across dimensions such as financial macro security,financial market security,financial institution security,and financial openness security.It further examines the challenges and proposes countermeasures for AI-enabled financial security across four dimensions:technology,data,ethics and law,and ecosystem.AI-enabled financial security holds significant practical value but also faces numerous challenges.Implementation pathways should be explored from four aspects:building an autonomous and controllable technological system,improving financial data governance,establishing an adaptive regulatory framework,and strengthening ecosystem collaboration.
