基于“雨课堂”平台的“翻转课堂+PBL”模式在外科教学中的应用效果

摘要 目的 探讨基于“雨课堂”平台的“翻转课堂+基于问题式学习(PBL)”教学模式在本科生外科学教学中的应用价值。方法 选取2024年3月—2024年8月于锦州医科大学附属第一医院普外科实习的60名本科生作为对照组,采用传统教学模式;选取2024年9月—2025年2月于锦州医科大学附属第一医院普外科实习的60名本科生作为研究组,实施基于“雨课堂”平台的“翻转课堂+PBL”教学模式。比较两组理论成绩和操作成绩、自主学习能力、学习积极性以及教学满意度。结果 研究组理论成绩、操作成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组自主学习能力高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组学习积极性高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组教学满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 基于“雨课堂”平台的“翻转课堂+PBL”教学模式应用于外科教学,能有效提高学生的理论成绩和操作成绩,增强学生的自主学习能力和学习积极性,提升学生对教学的满意度。 Objective To explore the teaching application value of the"Flipped Classroom+Problem-based Learning(PBL)"teaching mode based on the"Rain Classroom"platform in the surgery for undergraduate students.Methods Sixty undergraduate students who had completed their internship in the General Surgery Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Jinzhou Medical University from March to August 2024 were selected as the control group and the traditional teaching mode was adopted.Sixty undergraduate students who had completed their internships in the General Surgery Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Jinzhou Medical University from September 2024 to February 2025 were selected as the research group to implement the"flipped Classroom+PBL"teaching model based on the"Rain Classroom"platform.The theoretical and operational scores,autonomous learning ability,learning enthusiasm and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The theoretical and operational scores of the research group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The autonomous learning ability of the research group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The learning enthusiasm of the research group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction of the research group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the"flipped Classroom+PBL"teaching mode based on the"Rain Classroom"platform in surgical teaching can effectively improve students'theoretical and operational scores,enhance students'autonomous learning ability and learning enthusiasm,and increase students'satisfaction with teaching.
