摘要
我国制造业需重塑竞争新优势,以更高效、更具效益地产业格局应对多样化的生产需求。因此,针对传统制造企业普遍存在生产现场管理水平落后的问题,提出精益管理,精益管理是基于精益思想理念的一种能够显著提高企业效益的新型生产管理模式,通过优化生产流程、减少浪费、提升产品质量和员工参与度,助力企业实现可持续发展。
China's manufacturing sector must reshape its competitive edge by adopting a more efficient and effective industrial structure to meet diverse production demands.Therefore,addressing the widespread issue of outdated production site management in traditional manufacturing enterprises,this study proposes lean management.Lean management is a novel production management model based on lean philosophy that can significantly enhance corporate efficiency.By optimizing production processes,reducing waste,improving product quality,and increasing employee engagement,it supports enterprises in achieving sustainable development.
