摘要
随着数字经济在全球范围内影响程度不断加深,在当今数字化浪潮的推动下,传统行业市场竞争愈发激烈,企业发展面临着巨大的挑战,此时数字化转型赋予企业更大的灵活性和创新能力,成为企业提升绩效,保持竞争力和生存的关键[1]。基于此,以泸州老窖集团有限责任公司(以下简称“泸州老窖”)为例,分析该公司数字化转型的原因和过程,运用平衡记分卡方法对该公司转型前后的绩效进行分析,以期为其他轻工企业提供转型借鉴。
As the digital economy continues to deepen its global influence,traditional industries face intensifying competition amid the current wave of digitalization,posing significant challenges to enterprise development.Digital transformation empowers businesses with greater flexibility and innovation capabilities,becoming crucial for enhancing performance,maintaining competitiveness,and ensuring survival.Based on this,taking Luzhou Laojiao Group Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as"Luzhou Laojiao")as a case study,this paper analyzes the reasons and process of the company's digital transformation.It employs the Balanced Scorecard method to evaluate the company's performance before and after the transformation,aiming to provide transformational insights for other light industrial enterprises.
