摘要
目的:分析2024年上海市松江区泗泾镇社区45岁及以上健康体检人群高尿酸血症检出率及其相关危险因素,为当地高尿酸血症防治提供依据。方法:收集2024年上海市松江区泗泾镇社区13 162名45岁及以上居民的健康体检资料,分析高尿酸血症检出率以及性别、年龄、血脂、肝功能等因素与高尿酸血症的相关性。结果:在13 162名体检居民中,1 948人检出患高尿酸血症,高尿酸血症检出率为14.80%,男性检出率为23.77%,女性检出率为7.52%,男性高尿酸血症检出率均明显高于女性。随着年龄增长女性高尿酸血症检出率和血尿酸平均值不断上升,45~55岁男性血尿酸平均值和高尿酸血症检出率最高。高尿酸血症组的甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、肌酐、总胆红素、尿素氮、血红蛋白、谷丙转氨酶水平明显高于正常血尿酸组,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平低于正常血尿酸组。结论:男性高尿酸血症检出率高于女性,随着年龄增长女性高尿酸血症检出率和血尿酸平均值不断上升,高尿酸血症与血脂、肝功能等因素有密切关系。社区应重视高尿酸血症的防治,倡导居民养成健康的生活方式,降低血尿酸水平。
OBJECTIVE To analyze the detection rate of hyperuricemia and its related risk factors among people aged 45 and above who underwent health check-ups in Sijing Community of Songjiang district of Shanghai in 2024,so as to provide a basis for the prevention and treatment of hyperuricemia in the region.METHODS The health check-up data of residents aged 45 and above in Sijing Community of Shanghai in 2024 were collected.The prevalence of hyperuricemia and the correlations between hyperuricemia and factors such as gender,age,blood lipids,and liver function were analyzed.RESULTS Among 13162 residents who underwent health checkups,1948 had hyperuricemia,with a detection rate of 14.80%.The detection rate in men was 23.77%,and in women,it was 7.52%.The detection rate of hyperuricemia in men was significantly higher than that in women.The detection rate of hyperuricemia and the average value of blood uric acid in women increased with age.The average value of blood uric acid and the detection rate of hyperuricemia in men were the highest in the 45~55 age group.The levels of triglycerides,low-density lipoprotein,creatinine,total bilirubin,urea nitrogen,hemoglobin,and alanine aminotransferase in the hyperuricemia group were significantly higher than those in the normal blood uric acid group,while the level of high-density lipoprotein was lower than that in the normal blood uric acid group.CONCLUSION The detection rate of hyperuricemia is higher in men than in women.In women,the detection rate of hyperuricemia and the average value of blood uric acid increase continuously with age.Hyperuricemia is closely related to many factors such as blood lipids and liver function.Communities should attach importance to the prevention and treatment of hyperuricemia and advocate a healthy lifestyle,which is conducive to reducing the blood uric acid level.
