摘要
《普通高等学校师范类专业认证实施办法(暂行)》强调“学生中心,产出导向,持续改进”的认证理念。“幼儿园班级管理”课程的混合式教学改革在分析既往教学背景的基础上,借助学习通App进行教学设计与实施。教学设计主要包括对标专业认证及人才培养方案,明确课程目标;根据课程目标,筛选课程内容;以混合式教学为背景,确定4种有效教学方法;搭建“双导师”“双平台”“双资源库”;明确质量结合考核机制,保障评价科学性。通过实施混合式教学改革,“幼儿园班级管理”课程能更好地帮助高职学前师范生提升班级管理技能,为其未来的职业发展奠定良好的基础。
The Implementation Measures for Teacher Education Program Accreditation in General Higher Education Institutions(Interim)emphasize the accreditation philosophy of“student-centered,outcome-oriented,and continuous improvement.”The blended teaching reform of the“Kindergarten Classroom Management”course,based on an analysis of the existing teaching context,leverages the Learning Pass app for instructional design and implementation.The instructional design primarily involves:aligning with professional accreditation standards and talent development plans to clarify course objectives;selecting course content based on these objectives;identifying four effective teaching methods within the blended learning framework;establishing a“dual mentor system,”“dual platforms,”and“dual resource repositories”;and defining a quality-integrated assessment mechanism to ensure scientific evaluation.Through this blended teaching reform,the“Kindergarten Classroom Management”course better equips vocational preschool education students with enhanced classroom management skills,laying a solid foundation for their future professional development.
