摘要
针对机制砂中含有的絮凝剂导致混凝土性能下降的问题,本文采用自主研发的可与聚羧酸高性能减水剂复配或直接外掺使用的絮凝剂抑制剂(HD-XND),研究了掺加HD-XND对水泥浆体Zeta电位和电导率的影响,分析了其对胶砂和混凝土工作性能及力学性能的作用效果。结果表明:加入HD-XND后,水泥浆体的Zeta电位绝对值由15.3 mV提高至19.5 mV,同时电导率也明显降低;胶砂流动度得到显著恢复,2 h内胶砂流动度与未掺絮凝剂的基准组持平,有效抑制了絮凝剂对胶砂工作性能的负面影响;混凝土和易性得到明显改善,减水剂掺量降低1.0%,混凝土的抗压强度较未加入HD-XND的混凝土提升了6.4%。
To address the performance degradation of concrete caused by f locculants in manufactured sand,a f locculant inhibitor(designated as HD-XND)was developed.This inhibitor can be used either in combination with polycarboxylate-based high-performance water reducers or as a direct external admixture.The inf luence of HD-XND on the Zeta potential and electrical conductivity of cement paste was investigated,and its effects on the workability and mechanical properties of mortar and concrete were also analyzed.The results indicate that the addition of HD-XND increased the absolute Zeta potential of the cement paste from 15.3 mV to 19.5 mV,while significantly reducing its electrical conductivity.The f luidity of the cement mortar was significantly restored,and the f luidity of the mortar within 2 hours was consistent with that of the reference group without f locculant,which effectively inhibited the negative impact of f locculant on the working performance of the mortar.Consequently,the workability of the concrete was markedly improved,allowing for a 1.0%reduction in water reducer dosage.Moreover,the compressive strength of the concrete incorporating HD-XND exhibited a 6.4%increase compared to the reference concrete without the inhibitor.
