摘要
三乙醇胺在常温下为无色透明黏稠液体,呈碱性,易溶于水,掺入混凝土中可以提高早期强度,对钢筋无腐蚀作用,不会影响混凝土的耐久性,但其掺量对混凝土性能有显著影响。试验研究了聚羧酸高性能减水剂复配三乙醇胺对混凝土拌合物性能、力学性能和耐久性能的影响。试验结果表明:在保持聚羧酸高性能减水剂掺量不变的情况下,当三乙醇胺掺量适当时,对混凝土的拌合物性能影响不大,可以提高混凝土的早期抗压强度,对混凝土的其他物理力学性能和长期性能、耐久性能也有一定的提高。
Triethanolamine is a colorless,transparent,and viscous liquid at room temperature.It is alkaline and readily soluble in water.When incorporated into concrete,it can enhance the early-stage strength,has no corrosive effect on steel bars,and does not affect the durability of concrete.However,its dosage has a significant impact on the properties of concrete.The experiment investigated the influence of the combination of polycarboxylate superplasticizer and triethanolamine on the workability,mechanical properties,and durability of concrete mixtures.The experimental results indicate that,with the dosage of polycarboxylate superplasticizer remaining constant,when the dosage of triethanolamine is appropriate,it has little effect on the workability of the concrete mixture,can improve the early-stage compressive strength of concrete,and also has a certain improvement on other physical and mechanical properties,long-term performance,and durability of concrete.
