摘要
电池连接片的性能对电池组的整体性能和安全性起着重要作用,镍带因其卓越的导电性、耐腐蚀性、焊接性能和加工性能,成为一种极具应用前景的电池连接片材料。为增强镍带连接片产品的可靠性,应对未来更高能量密度和更严苛应用环境的挑战,对镍带材料的物理性能、力学性能和耐腐蚀性等关键指标进行了全面分析。在此基础上,进一步论述了基于镍带材料的电池连接片的设计与包含镍带制备、连接片制造和组装的工艺流程方案,优化了加工方法组合。研究结果为基于镍带的电池连接片设计和制造提供了理论基础和技术支持,具有显著的工程应用价值。
The performance of battery connection tabs plays a significant role in the overall performance and safety of battery pack.Nickel strip has become a highly promising material for battery connection tabs due to its excellent conductivity,corrosion resistance,welding performance and processing performance.A comprehensive analysis on the nickel strip material was conducted,focusing on its key indexes including physical characteristics,mechanical properties and corrosion resistance,to enhance the reliability of nickel strip connectior tabs and meet the challenges of higher energy density and more demanding application environments in the future.Furthermore,the design and manufacturing process flow for nickel-strip-based battery connection tabs were elaborated,encompassing nickel strip production,connection tabs fabrication and assembly.The objective is to optimize processing routes.These studies provide theoretical basis and technical support for the design and manufacturing of battery connection tabs based on nickel strips,and have significant engineering application value.
