鲁中地区某铁尾矿综合利用研究

Study on Comprehensive Utilization of Iron Tailings in Central Shandong Region

摘要 针对大量铁尾矿存在有用矿物含量少、磁性弱、结晶粒度细、复杂难选而不能得以充分有效利用的问题,对山东鲁中地区某选厂中的低品位矿石尾矿开展了综合利用研究。首先对原矿矿石性质进行了分析检测并筛析化验,得出原矿中主要的含铁矿物为磁铁矿。根据该矿石的性质特点,对原矿分别展开了3种工艺流程方案试验,分别为:筛分-重选得精-中磁选-磨矿-中磁选-重选得精工艺方案(方案Ⅰ)、筛分-重选得精-中磁选-磨矿-中磁选-浮选得精工艺方案(方案Ⅱ)及筛分-重选得精-中磁选-磨矿-中磁选-重选得精-重尾浮选得精工艺方案(方案Ⅲ)。最终结果表明,方案Ⅱ的分选效果最佳,可获得精矿产率为20.46%、铁品位为50.93%、铁回收率为44.10%的选别指标;这些矿石中有用铁矿物嵌布粒度细且与磁性相对较强的硅酸铁矿物紧密共生,欲获取较高品位的铁精矿,重选或浮选比磁选显示出明显的分选优势,所以可以根据实际情况选择方案Ⅱ或方案Ⅲ。 A large number of iron tailings can not be fully and effectively utilized due to their low content of useful minerals,weak magnetism,fine crystal particle size and complex and difficult separation.Therefore,in order to solve this problem,a comprehensive utilization study was conducted on low-grade ore tailings from a beneficiation plant in the central Shandong region.Firstly,the properties of the original ore were analyzed,tested,and screened for analysis,and it was found that the main iron containing mineral in the original ore is magnetite.Based on the properties and characteristics of the ore,three process schemes were tested on the raw ore,namely screening-gravity concentration-medium magnetic separation-grindingmedium magnetic separation-gravity concentration process scheme(SchemeⅠ),screening-gravity concentration-medium magnetic separation-grinding-medium magnetic separation-flotation concentration process scheme(SchemeⅠ)and screening-gravity concentration-medium magnetic separation-grinding-medium magnetic separation-gravity concentration-gravity concentration-gravity tailings flotation concentration process scheme(SchemeⅡ).The final results show that SchemeⅡhas the best sorting effect,achieving a concentrate with yield of 20.46%,iron grade of 50.93%,and iron recovery rate of 44.10%.Among these ores,there are iron minerals embedded with fine particle size and closely coexisting with silicate iron minerals with relatively strong magnetism.To obtain higher grade iron concentrates,gravity separation or flotation shows obvious sorting advantages compared to magnetic separation.Therefore,SchemeⅡor SchemeⅢcan be selected according to the actual situation.
