摘要
目的本研究旨在调查目前我国适老食品市场供应底数,为支持和推动适老食品产业发展提供基础数据。方法采用重点调查、典型调查的研究方法及线上线下结合的调查方式,于2024年1—5月开展市场调查。线下以上海、天津、成都以及江门等四市的29家门店为调查点,线上覆盖天猫、天猫国际2家电商平台。按照纳入标准,通过检索以及实地收集,共收集到1089个预包装食品。研究内容包括:适老食品数量与种类、对主要目的为补充营养且营养标签完整的适老食品进行营养评价。营养评价以三大宏量营养素及老年人易缺营养素为指标(维生素A、维生素D、钙、铁、膳食纤维)。结果最终纳入191个适老食品,其中营养补充食品156个、增稠食品20个、软质食品14个、补水食品1个。纳入营养评价的169个适老食品中有29个产品均含上述纳入分析的营养素;标示含三大宏量营养素的有166个;标示含维生素A和维生素D的分别为83个、87个;标示含铁、钙的分别为76个、122个;标示含膳食纤维的为66个。169个适老食品营养素含量达到可声称"富含"标准分析显示,有135个产品富含蛋白质、76个富含维生素A、71个富含维生素D、64个富含铁、109个富含钙、39个富含膳食纤维。结论2024年我国市场上适老食品的食品种类和数量均较少,以营养补充食品类产品为主;适老食品均含三大宏量营养素的产品占比较高,单一含有维生素和矿物质且达到"富含"标准比例较高。
ObjectiveTo investigate the current market availability of senior-friendly foods in China and provide baseline data for supporting and promoting the development of the senior-friendly food industry.MethodsA market survey was conducted from January to May 2024,adopting research methods including key investigation and typical investigation,as well as a combination of online and offline survey approaches.Offline surveys were carried out at 29 stores in four cities,including Shanghai,Tianjin,Chengdu,and Jiangmen.Online surveys covered two major e-commerce platforms,including Tmall and Tmall Global.In accordance with the inclusion criteria,a total of 1089 pre-packaged food products were collected through database retrieval and on-site collection.The study components included the quantity and varieties of senior-friendly foods,and a nutritional evaluation of those products with complete nutrition labels,which were primarily intended for nutritional supplementation.The nutritional evaluation was conducted using three macronutrients and nutrients prone to deficiency in the elderly(vitamin A,vitamin D,calcium,iron,and dietary fiber)as indicators.ResultsAmong the 191 products of senior-friendly foods,the categorical distribution was as follows:156 nutritional supplements,20 thickening foods,14 soft-textured foods,and one hydration product.Among the 169 products that underwent nutritional evaluation,29 contained all the evaluated nutrients.166 products were labeled as containing the three macronutrients(proteins,fats,carbohydrates).The number of products containing vitamin A and vitamin D was 83 and 87,respectively.The number of products containing iron and calcium was 76 and 122,respectivel.Additionally,66 products were labeled as containing dietary fiber.Analysis of whether nutrient contents met the criteria for a"high in"claim showed that 135 products met the standard for protein,76 for vitamin A,71 for vitamin D,64 for iron,109 for calcium,and 39 for dietary fiber.ConclusionIn 2024,the types and quantities of senior-friendly foods available in China′s market are relatively limited,with nutritional supplements being the main products.A high proportion of senior-friendly foods contain all three major macronutrients,and among those labeled with vitamins and minerals,a large percentage could meet the"high in"standard.
