数字经济对老年家庭消费的影响及机制 被引量:27

The Impact and Mechanism of the Digital Economy on the Consumption of Elderly Households

摘要 “银发一族”作为老龄社会的产物,在信息时代已成为不可忽视的消费群体。文章以2016-2018年中国家庭追踪调查(CFPS)数据为样本,运用主成分分析法构建城市数字经济指数,并将其作为解释变量进行实证分析,结果表明:数字经济有利于低龄老人(60-74岁)消费规模的扩大;且与城市老人相比,数字经济对农村老人消费的促进作用更强。从结构上来看,数字经济主要是促进了城市老人在外出聚餐、医疗和旅游等方面的享受型消费;而对于农村老人而言,数字经济则主要促进了其在衣着和居住等方面的基础性消费。进一步研究发现,智慧物流与产业结构升级是数字经济促进老年消费的重要机制,并且这一影响在家庭子女数目和代际关系上存在一定的异质性。 As a product of aging society,"silver-haired family"has become a consumer group that cannot be ignored in the information age.This paper takes the 2016-2018 China Family Tracking Survey(CFPS)data as a sample,uses the principal component analysis method to construct the urban digital economy index,and uses it as an explanatory variable for empirical analysis.The results show that the digital economy is beneficial to the consumption scale of young people(60-74 years old),and compared with the urban elderly,the digital economy has a stronger role in promoting the consumption of the rural elderly.From a structural point of view,the digital economy mainly promotes the enjoyment consumption of the urban elderly in dining out,medical care and tourism.For the rural elderly,the digital economy mainly promotes their basic consumption in clothing and housing.Further research found that smart logistics and industrial structure upgrading are important mechanisms for the digital economy to promote elderly consumption,and this effect has certain heterogeneity in the number of children in the family and the intergenerational relationship.
