摘要
培育和发展新质生产力是山西破解资源型经济转型难题、实现全方位高质量发展的核心引擎。在中国特色社会主义新时代背景下,应进一步厘清理论指引与实践遵循、明确重点领域与实践路径、配套支撑体系和保障机制,提炼山西以新质生产力推动现代化产业体系建设的思路与举措,为资源型地区转型提供理论参考与实践借鉴。
Cultivating and developing new quality productive forces is the core engine for Shanxi to solve challenging problems of the transformation of the resource-based economy and to achieve all-round high-quality development.In a new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,it is essential to clarify the theoretical foundations and practical guidelines of new quality productive forces,identify strategic priority areas and practical pathways,and establish corresponding support systems and safeguard mechanisms.By summarizing Shanxi's approaches to promoting the construction of a modern industrial system through new-quality productive forces,this study offers theoretical insights and practical references for the economic transformation of resource-based regions.
