摘要
优秀传统农耕文化,承载着中华文明的历史基因和精神血脉。在迈向中国式现代化的新征程上,赓续优秀传统农耕文化,并在融入现代性的基础上扬弃创新,不仅有利于提高国际影响力、增强民族凝聚力与群体认同感,也有利于在农业农村现代化进程中彰显“中国方案”的历史必然性与历史进步性。尽管中国已经出台了较为完备的法律与政策体系以促进优秀传统农耕文化的传承发展,各地也取得了较为丰硕的实践成果,但是在工业化、城镇化以及全球化等冲击下,传统农耕文化在现代化进程中出现认同危机、传承主体缺失等困境,为优秀传统农耕文化的赓续带来严峻挑战。在新时代新征程中,为积极推进优秀传统农耕文化传承发展,应秉持“活态保护与科学开发”为总体思路,以历史性、多样性、时代性为基本原则,遵循“在发掘中保护、在传承中利用”,通过传承历史与融入现代,使其成为乡村振兴的坚实根基和精神动能。
Excellent traditional agricultural culture carries the historical genes and spiritual bloodline of Chinese civilization.In the new journey towards Chinese path to modernization,the continuation of the excellent traditional farming culture,and its innovation based on the integration of modernity,are not only conducive to improving international influence,strengthening national cohesion and group identity,but also conducive to highlighting the historical inevitability and progress of the"China Plan"in the process of agricultural and rural modernization.Although China has introduced a relatively complete legal and policy system to promote the inheritance and development of excellent traditional agricultural culture,and has achieved fruitful practical results in various regions,under the impact of industrialization,urbanization,and globalization,traditional agricultural culture has encountered difficulties such as identity crisis and lack of inheritors in the process of modernization,which poses severe challenges to the continuity of excellent traditional agricultural culture.In the new era and new journey,in order to actively promote the inheritance and development of excellent traditional agricultural culture,we should adhere to the overall idea of"dynamic protection and scientific development",take historicity,diversity,and contemporaneity as the basic principles,follow the principle of"protecting in excavation and utilizing in inheritance",and make it a solid foundation and spiritual driving force for rural revitalization through inheriting history and integrating modernity.
