摘要
随着生命科学领域的快速发展,传统教育模式在培养高层次科研人才的创新能力方面逐渐显得不足。该文探讨一种结合线上与线下的混合式教学模式,通过引入涵盖细胞死亡、非编码RNA、外泌体及新一代测序技术等前沿科研案例,以增强教学的针对性与有效性。作者分析传统教学模式所面临的挑战,并提出“四结合”教学模式的概念,强调课上与课下、线上与线下、教学与科研和显性与隐性的结合。通过分阶段实施教学流程,并进行多元化评估,显著提升学生的学习动机、科研素养及创新能力。未来研究将继续优化案例库,并推广该教学模式,以培养更多具备前沿知识与科研技能的生命科学专业人才。
With the rapid development of the field of life sciences,the traditional education model is gradually becoming insufficient in cultivating the innovative ability of high-level scientific research talents.This article explores a hybrid teaching model that combines online and offline approaches.By introducing cutting-edge research cases covering cell death,non coding RNA,extracellular vesicles,and next-generation sequencing technologies,the aim is to enhance the relevance and effectiveness of teaching.The article provides a detailed analysis of the challenges faced by traditional teaching models and proposes the concept of the"Four in One"teaching model,emphasizing the combination of in class and out of class,online and offline,teaching and research,and explicit and implicit content.By implementing the teaching process in stages and conducting diversified evaluations,students'learning motivation,research literacy,and innovation ability have been significantly improved.Future research will continue to optimize the case library and promote this teaching model to cultivate more life science professionals with cuttingedge knowledge and research skills..
