摘要
2010年起成都中医药大学承接国家订单定向医学生的培养任务,是全国首批开展订单定向医学生本科教育的医学院校之一。以基层全科医生岗位胜任力培养为核心,着力培养“下得去、留得住、用得上、干得好”的全科型医学人才,确立了“面向基层医疗,培养全科人才,传承成中医精神,服务健康四川”的人才培养目标。通过长期的实践探索,形成了集“课程先导”“思想引领”“价值塑造”“协同联动”四位一体的人才培养模式,赋能高质量全科医学人才发展。
Since 2010,Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine has undertaken the training task of national order oriented medical students,and is one of the first medical colleges in China to carry out undergraduate education for order oriented medical students.With the cultivation of the competence of grassroots general practitioners as the core,we focus on cultivating general medical talents who can"go down,stay,use,and do well",and establish the talent training goal of"facing grassroots medical care,cultivating general medical talents,inheriting the spirit of traditional Chinese medicine,and serving a healthy Sichuan".Through long-term practical exploration,a talent cultivation model that integrates"curriculum guidance,""ideological guidance,""value shaping,"and"collaborative linkage"has been formed,empowering the development of high-quality general medical talents.
