摘要
河流健康问题关系着城市的生存,制约着城市发展。北方平原区河流多为防洪或灌溉河道,径流年内分布不均。以老漳河为例,通过老漳河河流健康评价可知,老漳河为“健康”河流,但水质优劣程度、水体自净能力等指标评分偏低。老漳河属于排涝渠道,水功能和自然生态功能都有待提高,健康问题主要压力集中体现在水质较差、水生生物单一两方面。通过调查问题,查找老漳河健康问题主要原因,从控制排污、污染防治、增加优质水源、健全管理机制等方面提出河流健康保护对策。
River health issues are crucial to urban survival and constrain development.In the northern plains of China,most rivers serve flood control or irrigation purposes,with uneven intra-annual runoff distribution.Taking the Laozhang River as a case study,health assessment results indicated it was a"healthy"river,yet it scored low on indicators such as water quality and self-purification capacity.As a drainage channel,both its hydrological and natural ecological functions required improvement.The primary health pressures stemmed from poor water quality and low aquatic biodiversity.Through investigation,the root causes of the Laozhang River's health problems were identified,and protection strategies were proposed,including pollutant discharge control,pollution prevention,augmentation with high-quality water sources,and improvement of management mechanisms.
