摘要
对各种熟制的耗水和水分利用率进行了分析，用不同方法对地下水的合理来量进行了计算，提出了黑龙港地区种植制度改革的必要性。压缩小麦～夏玉米两熟制种植面积，增加棉花、红薯的种植面积，尤其是发展红薯的生产非常重要，这样不仅能维持本地区地下水采补平衡，而且增加收入。
This paper analyses water use
and water use efficiency of different plant-ing systems ,calculates the rationally exploited
amount of underground water using dif-ferent methods,and puts forward the necessity of
reforming the planting system in Hei-longgang region. It is very important to reduce the sown
area of winter wheat and sum-mer corn,i.e. two crops a year and increases the planting area of
cotton and sweet pota-toes. Thus,not only can the balance between exploitation and supply of
underground wa-ter be kept,but the incomes may also increase.
