玄武岩纤维热再生沥青混合料老化后的路用性能研究

摘要 为研究老化作用对玄武岩纤维热再生沥青混合料路用性能的影响规律,以AC-13密级配为基础,设计不同RAP掺量及玄武岩纤维掺量的热再生沥青混合料共8组。通过热氧老化试验模拟未老化、短期老化和长期老化3种状态,采用车辙试验、浸水马歇尔试验、冻融劈裂试验及小梁低温弯曲试验,分析老化后混合料的高温稳定性、水稳定性和低温抗裂性能。结果表明,随着RAP掺量增加和老化时间延长,混合料动稳定度逐步提升,水稳定性略有下降,低温抗裂性能减弱;0.3%玄武岩纤维的掺入可使各RAP掺量的混合料在不同老化状态下的动稳定度提高6.25%~9.98%,冻融劈裂强度比提升2.76%~4.88%,且使40%、50%RAP掺量混合料的最大弯拉应变满足规范要求。 To investigate the influence of ageing on the performance characteristics of basalt fiber-modified thermally recycled asphalt mixtures,eight mixtures were designed based on AC-13 dense-graded mix,incorporating varying proportions of recycled asphalt pavement(RAP)and basalt fibers.Thermal-oxidative ageing tests simulated three states:unaged,short-term aged,and long-term aged.The rutting test,water immersion Marshall test,freeze-thaw splitting test,and low-temperature bending test on small beams were employed to analyze the high-temperature stability,water stability,and low-temperature crack resistance of the aged mixtures.Results indicate that as RAP content increases and ageing duration extends,the dynamic stability of the mixtures progressively improves,while water stability slightly decreases and low-temperature crack resistance weakens.The incorporation of 0.3%basalt fiber enhances the dynamic stability of mixtures with various RAP contents by 6.25%to 9.98%across different ageing states,increases freeze-thaw splitting strength by 2.76%to 4.88%,and ensures the maximum flexural strain of mixtures with 40%and 50%RAP content meets specification requirements.
