纯滚动单圆弧齿轮的法向阻尼分形仿真分析

摘要 基于椭圆体接触构建纯滚动单圆弧齿轮分形接触模型,修正齿面微凸体分布函数并通过数值仿真验证表面接触系数合理性。考虑微凸体弹塑性变形与域扩展因子,引入微接触截面积建立法向阻尼分形模型。仿真表明:法向阻尼与载荷呈非线性凸弧关系且随载荷、分形维数、表面长度尺度系数增大而增大,随材料特性参数增大而减小。该模型可用于接触法向阻尼计算,为齿轮接触面动态特性研究提供支撑。 Considering the micro mechanism of the joint surface of pure rolling single circular arc gear,the elastic-plastic deformation of micro convex body and the contact characteristics of contact pair,a fractal contact model for pure rolling single circular arc gears is established.Based on ellipsoid contact,the surface contact coefficient of pure rolling single circular arc gear is constructed,the distribution function of micro convex body on tooth surface is modified,and the rationality of surface contact coefficient is demonstrated by numerical simulation analysis.Considering the influence of elastic-plastic deformation and domain expansion of micro convex body on gear contact surface,the micro contact cross-sectional area is introduced,The normal damping fractal model of pure rolling single circular arc gear is established,and the effects of normal load,fractal dimension,roughness amplitude and material characteristic parameters on the normal damping of pure rolling single circular arc gear are simulated and analyzed.The results show that the normal load and the normal damping are nonlinear convex arcs,and the normal damping increas with the increase of the normal load;It increases with the increase of fractal dimension;The surface length scale coefficient increases slowly with the increase of surface length scale coefficient;It decreases with the increase of material property parameters.The establishment of the model provides a theoretical basis for studying the normal damping of the contact surface of the pure rolling single circular arc gear.
