摘要
为了提高轴承零件的接触承载能力,课题组建立了一个多尺度球面接触力学模型。首先研究了频率指数对弹塑性变形阶段的影响;其次通过将2个球面的曲率半径与接触面积分布函数相关联,推导了改进的微凸体接触面积分布函数;最后分析了球面曲率半径比值、分形参数和频率指数等参数对模型总接触面积和总接触载荷的影响。结果表明:内接触比外接触具有更大的总接触面积;增大分形维数和球面曲率半径比值会提高2个球面的总接触面积;增大材料特性参数和特征尺度参数会导致总接触面积减小;基底直径越大的微凸体对总接触面积贡献越大。
In order to improve the contact carrying capacity of bearing parts,a multi-scale spherical contact mechanics model was established by the research group.Firstly,the influence of frequency index on the elastic-plastic deformation stage was studied.Secondly,the improved asperity contact area distribution function was derived by associating the radius of curvature of the two spheres with the contact area distribution function.Finally,the effects of spherical curvature radius ratio,fractal parameters and frequency index on the total contact area and total contact load of the model were analyzed.The results show that the internal contact has a larger total contact area than the external contact,increasing the ratio of fractal dimension and spherical curvature radius can increase the total contact area of the two spheres.Increasing the material characteristic parameters and characteristic scale parameters lead to a decrease in the total contact area.The larger diameter of the asperity substrate,the greater contribution to the total contact area.
