摘要
中医药临床疗效和科研水平是中医药现代化建设的核心竞争力。新时代中医药的传承与发展,不仅需要培养中医药青年人才具备扎实的医学基础理论、熟练的临床操作技术、突出的科研创新能力,更需要关注其思想政治素养的提升。在中国共产党革命实践中形成的红医文化,蕴含“政治坚定、技术优良、无私奉献、救死扶伤,艰苦奋斗、勇于开创”的红医精神内涵。将红医文化的核心精神与中医药传承发展相结合,强化红医文化对青年人才的价值引领,树立扎根基层、服务社会的职业理想,激励青年人才发挥红医文化的创新思维,研究中医经典,拓展中西医结合技术融合,为中医药传承创新提供方法论指导,助力构建全球健康治理的中国话语体系。
The clinical efficacy and scientific research level are the core competitiveness of the modernization of traditional Chinese medicine.The inheritance and development of traditional Chinese medicine in the new era not only requires the cultivation of traditional Chinese medicine young talents to master solid basic medical theories,proficient clinical skills,and outstanding research and innovation capabilities,but also needs to pay attention to the enhancement of their ideological and political qualities.As a unique medical culture formed by the Communist Party of China through revolutionary practice,the red medical culture embodies the spirit of the red medical professionals,characterized by“political firmness,excellent technology,selfless dedication,saving lives and helping the wounded,hard work,and courage to innovate”.The integration of the core spirit of red medical culture with the inheritance and development of traditional Chinese medicine will strengthen the value guidance of red medicine culture for young talents,and establish a professional ideal of taking root in the grassroots and serving the society,encourage young talents to give full play to the innovative thinking of red medicine culture,study traditional Chinese medicine classics,expand the integration of traditional Chinese medicine and modern medicine technologies,and provide methodological guidance for the inheritance and innovation of traditional Chinese medicine,in order to build a Chinese discourse system for global health governance.
