摘要
该研究选取70、80年代出生的人群及其子代为研究对象,从两代人对健康饮食的知识认知、价值认知、信息媒介信任度、道德或伦理考量等四个方面进行比较和分析。研究发现父代对健康饮食的关注度、知识认知、价值认知均高于子代;父代更愿意承担健康饮食带来的经济成本,子代则与之相反。相比父代,短视频对子代的健康饮食态度有更明显的积极影响;两代人对健康饮食的便利性与环境影响的认知无显著差异。该研究旨在为促进民众的健康饮食行为实践提供参考,同时也为促进健康饮食的“食育”政策制定及实施提供参考。
This study investigates four dimensions of healthy diet on the objects of the Chinese born in the 1970s and 1980s as well as their children. Generational comparisons are made in their respective cognitive knowledge, perceived value, informational trust, and ethical concern about healthy diet. It is found that Chinese parents have a higher level of cognitive knowledge and perceived value about healthy diet than the younger generation. Specifically, the parents attach more attention to healthy food choices and are less concerned about associated cost. Both generations place their trust in information from official media sources such as newspapers, magazines,radio and TV channels. However, parents are more likely than their children to trust friends and relatives;and their children’s attention to healthy diet is positively associated with their trust in short videos of social media, radio and TV channels. The two generations do not differ in their ethical concern of healthy diet on environmental impact and food waste. This study provides fresh understanding on how two generations of the present Chinese approach healthy diet and its four dimensions. The findings should be informative to policymaking, promotion, and education of healthy food choices, also as an integral part of China’s efforts to improve the quality of life for its population.
