摘要
目的探讨奥氮平结合团体生物反馈疗法在精神分裂症(SCH)患者中的应用效果。方法选取2023年1月至2024年10月江西省精神病院收治的92例SCH患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,每组各46例。对照组予奥氮平治疗及常规康复训练,研究组在对照组基础上给予团体生物反馈疗法治疗。比较两组的治疗效果、精神症状、认知能力、社会功能及睡眠指标。结果研究组的治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗6周后,研究组的阳性和阴性症状量表(PANSS)各项评分低于对照组,蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)评分、社会功能评估量表(SSPI)各项评分、睡眠效率(SE)、总睡眠时间(TST)均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论奥氮平结合团体生物反馈疗法治疗SCH效果较好,可控制精神症状,改善认知能力,提升社会功能与睡眠质量。
Objective To explore the application effect of Olanzapine combined with group biofeedback therapy in patients with schizophrenia(SCH).Methods A total of 92 patients diagnosed with SCH who were admitted to Jiangxi Mental Health Hospital between January 2023 and October 2024 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into the control group and the study group according to the random number table method,with 46 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Olanzapine and conventional rehabilitation training,while the study group was treated with group biofeedback therapy on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect,mental symptoms,cognitive abilities,social functions and sleep indicators of the two groups were compared.Results The overall treatment efficacy rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 6 weeks of treatment,the scores of the positive and negative symptom scale(PANSS)in the study group were lower than those in the control group,while the scores of the Montreal cognitive assessment scale(MoCA),the scale of social function of psychosis inpatients(SSPI),sleep efficiency(SE),and total sleep time(TST)were all higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Olanzapine and group biofeedback therapy has a better therapeutic effect on SCH,which can control mental symptoms,improve cognitive ability,enhance social function and sleep quality.
