摘要
目的:通过古今医案云平台,对中医药熏洗坐浴剂防治肛周脓肿术后并发症的组方规律进行研究,为中医药防治肛周脓肿术后并发症提供临床参考。方法:以中国学术期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、维普、万方数据库收录的临床治疗熏洗坐浴经验方作为资料来源,使用古今医案云平台V2.2.3、EXCEL2013、SPSSMODELER14.1等软件为工具,对符合纳入标准的熏洗坐浴剂的温度、药液体积、兑水体积、坐浴时间、疗程及使用中药进行统计处理和关联规则分析。结果:对符合纳入标准:温度35~45℃、泡洗时间10~20min、原液体积100~300mL、兑水体积1000~2000mL、疗程为2~3个的药对进行关联规则分析,发现防治肛周脓肿术后并发症关联强度最高的药对组合8对。结论:防治肛周脓肿术后并发症的熏洗处方用药主要以清热燥湿、散瘀止痛、消肿生肌为主,该研究为规范使用坐浴熏洗剂提供了临床参考。
Objective:Through the ancient and modern medical case cloud platform,to study the prescription rules of the prevention and treatment of post-anal abscess complications with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation bathing agent,and to provide reference for the prevention and treatment of post-anal abscess complications of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:Using the Chinese Academic Journal Full-text Database(CNKI),Chinese Biomedical Literature Database(CBM),Weipu,Wanfang database as the source of data,including the clinical experience of smoking and bathing,ancient and modern medical case cloud platform V2.2.3,EXCEL2013,SPSSMODELER14.1 and other software are used as tools to perform statistical processing and association rule analysis on the temperature,liquid volume,water volume,bath time,treatment course and use of traditional Chinese medicine included in the standard fumigation and bathing agent.Results:According to the results of the analysis,the temperature was between 35℃and45℃,the soaking time was about 10~20 min,the volume of the original solution was between 100~300 mL and the volume of water was usually between 1000~2000 mL,the treatment lasted for 2 to 3 courses.In the analysis of association rules,it was found that there were 8 pairs of drug pairs with the highest correlation intensity in the prevention and treatment of postoperative complications of perianal abscess.Conclusion:The prescription of fumigation and washing for the prevention and treatment of postoperative complications of perianal abscess is mainly to clear heat and dryness,dissipate blood stasis and relieve pain,detumescence and muscle production,which provides a reference basis for standardizing the clinical use of seat bath fumigation lotion.
