摘要
如今国家越来越重视高校档案事业的发展,随着高校档案事业现代化工作不断推进,其在校园文化建设乃至国家经济发展中的重要性愈发显著,但一切的开展都离不开主体的参与——人,青年人员作为档案事业的中坚力量,其重要程度不言而喻。文章在明晰青年档案工作者重要性的基础上,剖析当下高校青年档案工作者的困境,通过价值重塑、体系优化、能力升级和制度创新提出合理的培养路径,以实现档案事业的可持续发展。
The state is placing increasing emphasis on the development of university archives.As the modernization of university archival work continues to advance,its role in campus cultural development and even national economic growth is becoming ever more prominent.However,all such progress hinges on human participation.As the backbone of the archival profession,young professionals are undeniably crucial.Building on a clear recognition of their importance,this paper analyzes the current challenges faced by young archivists in universities and proposes practical pathways for their development through value reorientation,system optimization,competency enhancement,and institutional innovation,thereby contributing to the sustainable development of the archival profession.
