摘要
在探讨档案馆员激励必要性的基础上,提出了档案馆员激励的三大基本原则:效益性原则、公平性原则以及差异性原则;通过介绍管理学领域主要激励理论,以波特—劳勒激励模型为依据,构建了档案馆员的激励模型,并根据三大原则的科学指导,提出了激励档案馆员积极投入到国家开放档案管理与服务工作的三大策略,即物质激励策略、情感激励策略以及知识激励策略。
The author presents three core principles of motivating archivists including the principle of bene-fit, the principle of fairness and the principle of difference, based on analyzing the necessities. Then the author introduces the motivation theory foundation, and builds the archivist＇s motivation model according to Potter Lawler incentive model. Finally the author proposes three strategies,materials award, emotional incen- tive and knowledge motivation,to inspire archivists to play an active role in national open archives manage- ment and service.
