摘要
为充分发挥ABB机器人教学实训工作站在职业院校工业机器人专业教学中的优势,聚焦学生动手能力与创新能力培养。本文以工厂常见的工业机器人涂胶、搬运、码垛、打磨、检测场景为原型,遵循还原实际工程应用与自动化场景的原则,探讨集涂胶模块、搬运模块、码垛模块、打磨模块、检测模块于一体的ABB机器人教学实训工作站在实践教学中的应用,结合校企合作实训案例与分层教学实践案例,旨在提升师生对该类工作站的应用水平,为工业机器人领域输送高素质应用人才。
To give full play to the advantages of ABB robot teaching and training workstations in the teaching of industrial robot majors in vocational colleges,and focus on cultivating students'practical abilities and innovative abilities,this paper takes the common application scenarios of industrial robots in factories-such as gluing,handling,palletizing,grinding,and testing-as prototypes.Adhering to the principle of restoring actual engineering applications and automated scenarios,it explores the application of the ABB robot teaching and training workstation(which integrates gluing,handling,palletizing,grinding,and testing modules)in practical teaching.Combined with the practical cases of school-enterprise cooperation training and hierarchical teaching,this paper aims to improve the application proficiency of teachers and students in such workstations and supply high-quality applied talents for the industrial robot field.
