人工砂骨料砂浆孔隙结构及力学特征研究

摘要 随着天然砂的逐渐消耗,人工砂替代天然砂作为建筑骨料受到广泛关注。本工作采用核磁共振(NMR)技术分析了五种不同骨料级配砂浆的孔隙结构分布特征,并引入分形理论对其进行表征。研究了骨料级配特性与砂浆多尺度参数的相关性。结果表明:随着骨料比表面积的增大,砂浆总孔隙度逐渐降低,抗压强度与弹性模量逐渐提高。饱水砂浆主要以微孔和可动流体孔隙为主,孔隙结构的形成以及力学特征的变化受到比表面积和骨料堆积密度的双重影响,其中强度的影响因素主要为骨料自身强度以及界面过渡区强度。 With the gradual consumption of natural sand,artificial sand has been widely concerned to replace natural sand as building aggregate.In this work,nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR)technique is used to analyze the pore structure distribution characteristics of five kinds of aggregate graded mortar,and fractal theory is introduced to characterize them.The correlation between aggregate grading characteristics and multi-scale parameters of mortar is studied.The results show that with the increase of aggregate specific surface area,the total porosity of mortar decreases gradually,while the compressive strength and elastic modulus increase gradually.Water-saturated mortar is mainly composed of micropores and movable fluid pores.The formation of pore structure and the change of mechanical characteristics are influenced by both specific surface area and aggregate packing density,among which the strength is mainly influenced by the strength of aggregate itself and the strength of interfacial transition zone.
