摘要
根据机制砂的特性及其对自密实混凝土的影响,本文研究了市场上4种机制砂颗粒级配特性及其在自密实混凝土中对拌和物性能的影响。结果表明:采用细度模数适中,且级配连续、粒型良好的机制砂,在43%~50%的砂率下可以配置出性能良好的机制砂自密实混凝土;而细度模数过高的粗砂无法单独进行自密实混凝土配制,可采用粗砂搭配细度模数较低的中细砂,从而配制出工作性能良好的自密实混凝土;在对混凝土有自密实要求的工程项目及部位中,可采用该方法对机制砂级配做调整,从而制备性能良好的自密实混凝土。本文通过工程实践,取得了良好的应用效果。
Based on the characteristics of manufactured sand and its impact on self-compacting concrete,this paper examined the gradation features of four types of manufactured sand particles available on the market and their effects on the mixture properties in selfcompacting concrete.The results indicate that high-performance self-compacting concrete can be produced with a sand content of 43%to 50%by using manufactured sand with moderate fineness modulus and good gradation of continuous grain shape.The coarse sand with too high fineness modulus cannot be prepared with self-compacting concrete alone.Coarse sand can be used with medium and fine sand with a low fineness modulus to prepare self-compacting concrete that has good workability.In engineering projects and concrete parts with self-compacting requirements,this method can be used to adjust the gradation of machine-made sand to prepare self-compacting concrete with good performance.
