学科竞赛实践教学——基于流化床热重分析方法的氧载体磨损特性实验研究

摘要 本文以学科竞赛为背景,聚焦大学生实践创新能力培养,以化学链反应技术中氧载体磨损特性这一工程实际问题为核心,设计并实施流化床热重磨损分析实验教学案例。开发了流化床热重磨损分析仪,通过实验对比不同气速和温度下氧载体的磨损情况,深入探究氧载体的磨损特性和机制。本实验可以训练学生快速适应学科竞赛的科研思维与实践要求,熟悉流化床热重磨损分析系统,掌握工况测试与磨损数据采集方法,理解由不同因素形成的表面剥层与体相断裂等磨损机制与规律,切实培养了学生的实践创新素养。 For academic competitions,this paper focuses on the cultivation of college students'practical and innovative abilities.Taking the practical engineering challenge of oxygen carrier wear characteristics in chemical looping reaction technology as its core,the study designs and implements an experimental teaching case centered on fluidized bed thermogravimetric wear analysis.A fluidized bed thermogravimetric wear analyzer was developed for this purpose;through experiments,the wear behaviors of oxygen carriers were compared under varying gas velocities and temperatures,enabling in-depth exploration of the wear characteristics and mechanisms of oxygen carriers.This experiment equips students to quickly adapt to the scientific research mindset and practical demands of academic competitions,builds their familiarity with the fluidized bed thermogravimetric wear analysis system,and helps them master methods for working condition testing and wear data collection.Furthermore,it facilitates students'understanding of wear mechanisms and patterns—such as surface delamination and bulk fracture—induced by different factors,thereby effectively fostering their practical and innovative literacy.
