摘要
2012年国际航协(IATA)推出的新分销能力(NDC)标准,旨在重构航空分销体系,提升机票及附加服务的销售灵活性。经过十余年发展,NDC业务不断扩大,我国特有的开账与结算计划(BSP)体系使NDC业务在我国市场的规模化应用面临支付与结算挑战。本文基于成熟的付款单(BOP)支付体系,通过NDC聚合平台将支付、结算等流程嵌入NDC销售链路,实现外航NDC机票及附加服务BSP框架下的自动化处理,使外航在我国市场销售NDC产品成为可能,旨在为NDC业务在我国市场的规模化推广提供可行路径。
The new Distribution Capability(NDC)standard introduced by the International Air Transport Association(IATA)in 2012 aims to restructure the aviation distribution system and enhance the flexibility of ticket and ancillary service sales.After more than a decade of development,NDC business has continued to expand,and China's unique Opening and Settlement Plan(BSP)system has posed payment and settlement challenges for the large-scale application of NDC business in the Chinese market.This article is based on a mature payment order(BOP)payment system,and embeds payment,settlement,and other processes into the NDC sales chain through the NDC aggregation platform.It achieves automated processing of NDC tickets and additional services for foreign airlines under the BSP framework,making it possible for foreign airlines to sell NDC products in the Chinese market.The aim is to provide a feasible path for the large-scale promotion of NDC business in the Chinese market.
