摘要
以某部队项目为研究案例,聚焦项目设计阶段的内部运行管控与协调机制。通过工作分解结构(WBS)、关键路径法(CPM)等管理工具,系统分析设计阶段在进度、质量、成本及团队协作中的实践路径,识别政策环境、资源配置、沟通效率等关键影响因素,提出优化计划制订、强化质量控制、深化成本管控及完善团队协同的改进策略,旨在为同类工程项目设计阶段的高效管理提供理论参考与实践指导。
This paper takes a specific project as a research case,focusing on the internal operation management,control and coordination mechanism during the design phase of the project.By applying management tools such as Work Breakdown Structure(WBS)and Critical Path Method(CPM),it systematically analyzes the practical approaches in schedule,quality,cost and team collaboration during the design phase,and identifies key influencing factors including policy environment,resource allocation and communication efficiency.The study proposes improvement strategies such as optimizing plan formulation,strengthening quality control,deepening cost management and control,and improving team collaboration,aiming to provide theoretical reference and practical guidance for the efficient management of the design phase of similar engineering projects.
