摘要 地理信息系统(GIS)作为空间信息管理的核心技术,为自然资源管理提供了强大的技术支撑。本文阐述GIS通过集成遥感影像、三维建模及时空大数据分析技术,实现自然资源调查监测、规划管理与生态保护全流程的数字化、智能化转型。该技术可精准绘制土地、矿产、森林等资源分布图,动态监测资源变化趋势,为国土空间规划提供科学依据。借助空间叠加分析和模型模拟功能,GIS支持资源承载力评估和生态红线划定,有助于促进资源的合理开发利用。同时,基于GIS构建的自然资源“一张图”管理平台,实现多源数据融合与部门协同,显著提升了管理效率和决策水平,为生态文明建设提供了重要的技术保障。 Geographic Information System(GIS),as the core technology of spatial information management,provides strong technical support for natural resource management.This article elaborates on how GIS achieves digital and intelligent transformation throughout the entire process of natural resource survey and monitoring,planning management,and ecological protection by integrating remote sensing imagery,3D modeling,and spatiotemporal big data analysis technologies.This technology can accurately map the distribution of resources such as land,minerals,and forests,dynamically monitor resource change trends,and provide scientific basis for territorial spatial planning.With the help of spatial overlay analysis and model simulation,GIS supports resource carrying capacity assessment and ecological red line delineation,promoting the rational development and utilization of resources.At the same time,by building a natural resource"one map"management platform,multi-source data fusion and departmental collaboration can be achieved,significantly improving management efficiency and decision-making level,and providing important technical support for ecological civilization construction.
