摘要
针对2万DWT组块浮托驳船“海洋石油228”船结构特性与作业工况,文章根据几何相似、弗劳德相似和斯特劳哈尔相似准则提出了关于驳船模型设计制作要点,并以缩尺比为1∶40开展了驳船模型的设计制作,对驳船模型质量、质心位置和转动惯量进行依次调节,以保证模型与实际驳船的质量分布相似,对浮托作业就位等待过程进行了模型试验研究,探究了不同环境荷载对浮托作业系统6个自由度运动响应、系缆张力响应的影响规律,更精准地为后续的驳船拖航以及浮托作业水池模型试验提供理论指导。
Given the structural features and operational conditions of the 20000 DWT modular float-over barge“HYSY 228”,this paper outlines key principles on the design and fabrication of its scaled model(1∶40)based on geometric,Froude,and Strouhal similarities.The model underwent sequential adjustments to its mass,center of gravity,and moment of inertia to replicate the actual barge's mass distribution.Experimental studies on the positioning phase of float-over operation examined how environmental loads affect 6-DOF motion and mooring tension responses,offering precise guidance for subsequent basin model tests to towing and float-over operations.
