摘要
目的对国内社会疏离相关研究的现状、热点、趋势等进行探讨,为将来进行社会疏离相关研究提供参考和借鉴。方法时间限定为2014年1月—2024年9月,分别在中国知网(CNKI)和万方数据知识服务平台中检索,运用CiteSpace软件对文献的作者、机构、关键词等关键要素开展可视化分析。结果共筛选出896篇文献。2019年以来,社会疏离相关文献数量呈上升趋势,目前还没有形成大规模的跨机构、跨地区的研究团队。发文量最多的科研机构为郑州大学第一附属医院,机构间合作关系不紧密、范围小。文献以孤独感、影响因素、病耻感、社会疏离为主要研究热点。结论目前,我国社会疏离相关研究尚处于探索初期,建议强化各科研机构间的协同合作,促进跨学科的沟通、交流,集结力量组建大型合作团队,积极开展多中心、大样本的研究工作。
Objective To explore the current status,hotspots,and trends of domestic research on social isolation in China,and to provide a reference for future studies in this field.Methods Literature published from January 2014 to September 2024 was retrieved from the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)and Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform.CiteSpace software was used to conduct a visual analysis of key elements such as authors,institutions,and keywords.Results Among the 896 articles screened,the number of publications related to social isolation has shown an upward trend since 2019.Currently,no large-scale cross-institutional or cross-regional research teams have been formed.The institution with the highest number of publications was The First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University,but inter-institutional collaborations remained limited in scope and intensity.Key research hotspots included loneliness,influencing factors,stigma,and social isolation.Conclusion Current research on social isolation in China is still in its early exploratory stage.It is recommended to strengthen collaboration among research institutions,promote interdisciplinary communication,establish large-scale cooperative teams,and actively conduct multicenter,large-sample studies.
