摘要
目的 构建老年脑卒中后肢体运动障碍患者自我管理健康教育方案,并探究其应用效果。方法 通过查阅相关文献,并进行专家函询,构建老年脑卒中后肢体运动障碍患者自我管理健康教育方案。选取2022年10月—2024年10月在本院接受治疗的154例脑卒中后并发肢体运动障碍的患者进行对照研究,比较其干预前后的自我护理能力、肢体运动功能。结果 经过2轮函询,最终形成包括5个一级指标、12个二级指标、30个三级指标的老年脑卒中后肢体运动障碍患者自我管理健康教育方案。干预结果显示,干预后,研究组患者的自我护理能力评分、肢体运动功能评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 本研究构建的老年脑卒中后肢体运动障碍患者自我管理健康教育方案,能够显著提高患者的自我护理能力,并改善其肢体运动功能,对提升其康复水平具有重要意义。
Objective To develop a self-management health education program for elderly patients with limb movement disorders after stroke and explore its application effect.Methods A self-management health education program for elderly patients with limb movement disorders after stroke was constructed by reviewing relevant literature and conducting expert consultations.A total of 154 elderly patients with limb movement disorders after stroke who received treatment in Changshu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2022 to October 2024 were selected for a controlled study.Their self-care ability and limb motor function were compared before and after the intervention.Results After two rounds of expert consultation,a self-management health education program for elderly patients with limb movement disorders after stroke was ultimately developed,consisting of 5 first-level indicators,12 second-level indicators,and 30 third-level indicators.The intervention results showed that after the intervention,the self-care ability score and limb motor function score of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The self-management health education program for elderly patients with limb movement disorders after stroke,constructed in this study,can significantly improve patients′self-care ability and limb motor function,which is of great significance for enhancing their rehabilitation outcomes.
