摘要
“治痰治瘀以治气为先”是国医大师洪广祥教授的代表性学术观点之一,此学术观点古今互通。慢性肺系病症,如哮喘、慢性干咳、慢性支气管炎、慢性阻塞性肺疾病等,凡是以痰瘀为病理因素,以气道壅塞为病机,以疏利气机为目标,又以消痰散瘀为目的的疾病,均可以此为指导思想,从整体角度指导慢性肺系病症的治疗。
"Treating phlegm and blood stasis first by treating Qi"is one of the representative academic viewpoints of Professor HONG Guangxiang,a master of national medicine,which is interchangeable between the ancient and modern times.Chronic lung diseases such as asthma,chronic nonproductive cough,chronic bronchitis,chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,etc.,all of which have phlegm and stasis as the pathological factors and congestion of the airways as the pathogenesis,are treated with the aim of both relieving the qi and eliminating the phlegm and stasis.For all diseases with phlegm and stasis as the pathological factors,and with the objective of both dispelling phlegm and dissipating stasis,the guiding principle of"treating phlegm and blood stasis first by treating Qi"can be used to guide the treatment of chronic lung diseases from a holistic perspective.
