摘要
国医大师洪广祥教授善治肺系疾病,他认为气阳虚损、痰瘀互结是肺癌发生发展的中心环节,并强调肺癌因气阳虚损而起病,因虚而致邪实。临证时常寒热共存而虚实并见,故治疗时需寒热并用、调整阴阳、补虚泻实、中病即止,即温清并用法。文章对洪广祥教授运用“温清并用”理论治疗肺癌的理论基础和临床应用进行介绍,并附有验案一则。
Professor HONG Guangxiang,a TCM master who is good at treating lung diseases,believes that the deficiency of qi and yang and the interjunction of phlegm and blood stasis are the central links of the occurrence and development of lung cancer.He emphasizes that lung cancer is caused by deficiency,and is solid due to deficiency.Clinical syndrome often coexistence of cold-heat and deficiency-excess coexist,treatment needs to supplement deficiency and purge excess,harmonize yin and yang,the combination of cold and heat,the disease is stopped,that is,warm and clear combined use.This article introduces the theoretical basis and clinical application of professor HONG Guangxiang's,application of'combination of warming and clearing'theory in the treatment of lung cancer,with a case study attached.
