大型专业足球场钢屋盖结构安装及模拟分析

摘要 本文以昆山专业足球场钢屋盖为例,进行了研究。昆山专业足球场为大跨度悬挑三角桁架结构,钢屋盖以场中心点对称,由36榀悬挑三角桁架、场内环向结构、索膜排水柱组成。根据现场施工情况,足球场钢桁架屋盖采用“地上拼装成段,场外分段吊装、高空对接合拢”的施工技术,各临时支撑点逐级卸载的施工步骤。通过对钢屋盖安装过程的施工方案分析、计算。采用SAP2 000有限元软件建立钢桁架屋盖分析模型,对专业足球场钢屋盖的结构安装及卸载进行施工全过程的模拟分析。通过研究表明,施工模拟分析法在钢屋盖结构的安装及卸载过程中起着重要地位,有利于大型钢屋盖的施工,通过其模拟分析结果,编制合理的钢屋盖施工方案,明确施工过程中关键的控制因素,以保证钢屋盖的施工安全及安装。 The steel roof of Kunshan Professional Football Stadium is a long-span cantilever triangular truss structure.The steel roof is symmetrical to the center of the stadium,and consists of 36 cantilever triangular trusses,an internal circumferential structure and cable-membrane drainage columns.According to the site construction conditions,the steel truss roof of football field adopts the construction technology of“assembling into segments on the ground,hoisting segments outside the stadium,butt-jointing at high altitude”,with the construction steps of gradual unloading at each temporary support point.Through the analysis and calculation of the construction scheme for the steel roof installation process,the SAP2000 finite element software is used to establish an analysis model of steel truss roof,and the whole construction process of the steel truss roof is simulated and analyzed for the installation and unloading of the professional football stadium steel roof.The study shows that the construction simulation analysis method plays an important role in the installation and unloading of the steel roof structure,which is beneficial to the construction of large-scale steel roofs.Based on the simulation analysis results,a reasonable steel roof construction scheme can be formulated,and the key control factors in the construction process can be clarified to ensure the construction safety and installation quality of the steel roofs.
