摘要
针对输电线路跨越高铁、公路、高压线路等设施的场景,提出一种新型伸缩式跨越设备。建立力学分析模型,对比多种支撑结构形式的受力情况,确定三角桁架与箱型的复合型结构为最优方案。该跨越设备可实现机械化作业,大幅减少操作人员数量与作业时间,提高施工效率。同时,配备遥控、可视化和智能预警系统,确保施工过程的安全性。
A new type of telescopic straddling equipment is proposed for transmission lines spanning high speed railway,highway and high voltage lines.The mechanical analysis model is established,the stress of various support structures is compared,and the composite structure of triangular truss and box is determined as the best scheme.The leapfrog equipment can realize mechanized operation,greatly reduce the number of operators and working time,and improve the construction efficiency.At the same time,it is equipped with remote control,visualization and intelligent early warning systems to ensure the safety of the construction process.
