管腔类器械清洗干燥防护装置的设计及应用

Design and application of cleaning, drying and protective device for luminal instruments

摘要 目的 设计一款气枪噪声及细菌防护干燥装置,并验证其在管腔器械干燥环节的应用效果,为临床护理实践提供参考。方法 设计一款具备降噪与细菌防护双重功能的装置,便利选取2024年9月—2025年2月去污区手工清洗后管腔器械100套,共528件,按照时间排序法将其分为试验组(2024年12月—2025年2月)与对照组(2024年9—11月),每组50套(264件)。试验组使用该装置对器械进行干燥,对照组使用常规压力气枪对器械进行干燥。比较两组的噪声分贝值、操作人员不同时段口罩外表面菌落数、器械干燥合格率。结果 试验组噪声分贝值低于对照组,操作人员0.5、1.0、2.0、3.0 h口罩外表面细菌菌落数均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。但两组器械干燥合格率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 气枪噪声及细菌防护干燥装置设计合理,可有效降低噪声分贝值及空气中细菌,干燥效果可靠。 Objective To design a drying device based on air gun noise and bacterial protection,and verify its application effectiveness in the drying process of hollow instruments,providing references for clinical nursing practice.Methods A novel device with dual functions of noise reduction and bacterial protection was designed.A total of 100 sets of hollow instruments(528 pieces)after manually cleaning in the decontamination area from September 2024 to February 2025 were selected for convenience.These were divided into an experimental group(December 2024—February 2025)and a control group(September—November 2024)using a time-sequencing method,with each group comprising 50 sets(264 pieces).The experimental group used the new device for drying,while the control group used conventional pressure air guns.The noise decibel levels,bacterial colony counts on the outer surface of masks worn by operators at different time intervals,and drying effectiveness of the instruments were compared between the 2 groups.Results The noise decibel levels in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group.The bacterial colony counts on the outer surface of masks worn by operators at 0.5,1.0,2.0,and 3.0 hours were all lower in the experimental group than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).However,there was no statistically significant difference in the instrument drying qualification rate between the 2 groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Based on the design of the drying device based on the air gun noise and bacterial protection,it can effectively reduce noise decibel levels and airborne bacteria,with reliable drying results.
