延时补光和生物菌剂复合效应对芹菜育苗的影响

摘要 以设施芹菜为试材,在玻璃温室开展6种光质(R、W、B、R1B1、R1B2、R1B3)和4种哈茨木霉菌浓度(0、10^(5)、10^(6)、10^(7) CFU·g^(-1))补光育苗双因素试验,研究不同光照和不同浓度哈茨木霉菌配合使用对育苗的影响,以期为生产健康芹菜苗提供技术支持,并为工厂化育苗提供参考依据。结果表明:R光显著提升芹菜苗株高、冠幅及地上部鲜质量,且壮苗指数最高;W、B及红蓝复合光下,株高、冠幅、地上部鲜质量随菌剂浓度升高呈先增后减趋势,10^(6) CFU·g^(-1)时最优;R光下地上部鲜质量随菌剂浓度增加而升高,红蓝复合光对根系影响较大,H浓度时根系总长最大,根尖数随菌剂浓度先增后减。主成分分析表明,R光利于株高、壮苗指数等生长指标提升,10^(6) CFU·g^(-1)菌剂对根尖数、壮苗指数等促进显著。综上,红色单质光显著提高芹菜苗株高、冠幅及壮苗指数,红蓝复合光对根系影响大,10^(6) CFU·g^(-1)哈茨木霉菌促进效果最优。 Taking facility celery as the test material,a two-factor supplementary light seedling raising experiment was conducted in a glass greenhouse with six light qualities(R,W,B,R1B1,R1B2,R1B3)and four concentrations of Trichoderma harzianum(0,10^(5),10^(6),10^(7) CFU·g^(-1))to study the effects of different light conditions and different concentrations of Trichoderma harzianum on seedling raising,in order to provide a reference for the production monitoring of celery seedlings.The results showed that,R light significantly increased the plant height,crown width,and aboveground fresh weight of celery seedlings,with the highest seedling index;under W light,B light,and red-blue composite lights,the plant height,crown width,and aboveground fresh weight first increased and then decreased with the increase of fungal agent concentration,reaching the optimal at 10^(6) CFU·g^(-1);under R light,the aboveground fresh weight increased with the increase of fungal agent concentration;red-blue composite lights had a greater impact on the root system,with the longest total root length observed at the H concentration,and the number of root tips first increased and then decreased with the increase of fungal agent concentration.Principal component analysis(PCA)indicated that R light was beneficial to the improvement of growth indicators such as plant height and seedling index,while the 10^(6) CFU·g^(-1) fungal agent significantly promoted the number of root tips,seedling index,and other indicators.In conclusion,monochromatic red light significantly improved the plant height,crown width,and seedling index of celery seedlings;red-blue composite lights had a greater impact on the root system;and the 10^(6) CFU·g^(-1) Trichoderma harzianum showed the best promotion effect.
