摘要
文章基于马斯洛需求层次理论,将PDCA循环法应用于养老机构服务安全管理,以无锡市X养老机构在岗护理员及入住老年人为研究对象,对比2024年7—12月常规管理阶段与2025年1—6月PDCA循环法管理阶段的关键指标。结果显示,实施PDCA循环法后,护理员服务安全知识测试得分与老年人总体满意度均得到显著提升;服务安全不良事件累计发生次数得到有效下降,其中跌倒事件的下降幅度最为明显。研究表明,融合马斯洛需求层次理论与PDCA循环法,构建并实施的“需求导向+闭环管理”养老机构服务安全管理模式,可有效优化养老机构服务安全管理体系,提高护理人员服务安全知识储备,提升服务安全管理质量,降低不良事件发生率,具有重要的实践应用价值。
Based on Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory,this paper applies the PDCA cycle to service safety management in elderly care institutions.It takes on-duty caregivers and resident seniors at X Elderly Care Institution in Wuxi as the research subjects,and compares key indicators between the conventional management phase(July-December 2024)and the PDCA cycle management phase(January-June 2025).Results indicate that the application of the PDCA cycle led to significant increases in caregivers'service safety knowledge test scores and overall satisfaction among the elderly.Meanwhile,the cumulative number of service safety adverse events dropped effectively,with falls registering the sharpest decline.The study confirms that a"demand-oriented+closed-loop management"service safety management model,which combines the PDCA cycle method with Maslow's hierarchy of needs is then constructed and implemented,can effectively optimize the service safety management system in elderly care institutions,enhance caregivers'reserve of service safety knowledge,improve the quality of service safety management,and reduce the incidence of adverse events,thereby demonstrating important practical application value.
