数字孪生驱动的供应链金融动态风险评估研究

摘要 随着供应链金融的深入发展,传统风险管控模式面临着信息不对称、数据孤岛、传导机制复杂等严峻挑战。基于数字孪生技术,构建了供应链金融动态风险评估模型,通过多维数据采集、动态风险评估和智能决策三大核心模块,实现了供应链全流程的可视化监控与风险实时感知。研究表明,数字孪生技术能够有效解决动产融资、产业集群生态和跨境供应链等场景中的风险透明化与管控精准化问题,为供应链金融风险管理的理论创新与实践应用提供了重要参考。 With the in-depth development of supply chain finance,traditional risk management models face severe challenges such as information asymmetry,data silos,and complex transmission mechanisms.Based on digital twin technology,a dynamic risk assessment model for supply chain finance is constructed.Through three core modules:Multi-dimensional data collection,dynamic risk assessment,and intelligent decision-making,the model achieves visualized monitoring of the entire supply chain process and real-time risk perception.Research shows that digital twin technology can effectively address risk transparency and precise control in scenarios such as inventory financing,industrial cluster ecosystems,and cross-border supply chains,providing important insights for theoretical innovation and practical application in supply chain finance risk management.
